Refund Policy

We evaluate claims for merchandise that is damaged, defective, wrongly sent, or substantially inconsistent with the description. Notice must reach us no later than 30 days from delivery. A change of mind, preference issue, or incorrect customer selection is not an eligible reason.

A complete request includes the order number, checkout email, explanation, and clear photos or video of the merchandise and packaging. Items must not be mailed back before authorization and return instructions are provided.

After reviewing the evidence, we may ask follow-up questions and then approve a replacement or refund where appropriate. Replacements depend on inventory and shipping eligibility. An approved refund goes to the original payment method. Processing and posting times after approval are controlled by the financial institution.
