Shipping Policy

Delivery is offered only where an eligible option appears at checkout. Most orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, the usual carrier estimate is about 2–4 business days; this window is an estimate rather than a promise.

Checkout determines shipping availability, charges, and any free-delivery option for the destination. A customer is responsible for entering a complete address, valid email, and working phone number. Errors or omissions can cause delay, return, or extra cost.

When tracking is issued, carrier events may not appear immediately. Holidays, severe weather, customs, network disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control can affect timing. For stalled tracking, possible loss, a delivery scan without receipt, or another delivery concern, send the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and relevant details.

Photograph the product, parcel, and label when a shipment arrives visibly damaged. Delivery restrictions can apply to certain items, regions, and address types. Order inquiries should always include the order number and checkout email.
